Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Modem Guides, we want to ensure your networking hardware meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the modem, power adapter, and any included cables back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
